I am 18 years old and I weigh 179. I originally lost 50 pounds... But anyway I weigh 179 and go to the gym frequently, I have a medium body frame... But here is the thing I have muscle too, I bench 205 and I dont know where my weight should be with the muscle. So what do you all think... I was thinking bout 170 but I dont know if that will be good enough.

Could someone please define this, I hear this all the time and I wanted to know in what ways a person does this.

I also here people say Leo's need alot of attention, what does that mean?

What are some examples that you can give.

For example I tell my Leo that he's my King and I give him little gifts to let him know I appreciate him being in my life and I post on his Myspace how much I adore him etc...is this a form of ego stroking?

As anyone noticed that now Virgin has taken over they want to cancel several channels. Why?? Especially Sky one, and Sky news. There are lots of excellent shows on Sky one, and in my opinion Sky news is the best news station. If they remove them people will just move to other digital TV companies. I have already lost 'The Box' TV channel - not that I ever watch it, but I think it is unfair they can remove channels and still expect us to pay the same amount for less channels!!
