Quick search on BMI... here's the with the National Institutes of Health, the National Heart Lung & Blood Institute below. You should be in the "Normal" range, but if you really start bulking up, your BMI can be higher. There really is no one magic number when it comes to weight.

People come in all shapes and sizes. In the Body Mass Index (BMI) you multiply your weight in pounds x 705. Divide this number by ur height in inches, & divide it again by ur height in inches.
-----Ex. If ur 5 feet 7 inches (67 inches) & weigh 150 pound, multiply 150 x 705=105,750/67=1578.36/67=23.5...so BMI=23.5.

If your BMi is between 18.5 & 25 you are probably at a healthy weight. If it's more than 25 u may be overweight, if it's less than 18.5 your likely underweight.
---BMI isn't perfect. Many athletes have BMIs more than 25.

Depends on you frame. You are medium so let's go for 2.2 pounds(or 1 kg) for every inch of your body height. There is no standard. But if you are serious about your body, check if your BMI is between 20 to 24.

Have your body fat percentage tested, rather than worrying about your weight.

Body Fat Percentages for Males:

2%-5%: Essential Body Fat
6%-10%: Athletes/Body Builders
11%-19%: Average Healthy Male
20%-23%: Borderline
24% plus: Overfat

It would depend also on how tall you are. For your age, 170 would equate to someone who is 6 feet tall.
