The sky is grey, it's raining fairly heavily, and I just don't want to do anything. I wish I could hibernate until spring.

It most definitely does. On gray rainy days I have no ambition ,but
on sunny days I am all over the place going here & there.
Do you feel that a stormy day with thunder & lightning is even more invigorating than just a steady down pouring of rain? I can sometimes enjoy a storm if I don't have to be out in it.

Yes..but I'm the opposite. I love the rain, storms fog, gloom, ice.
I can't stand Summer...it's too hot and the sun's rays are trying to age me. So, I hibernate in the summer.
Do you think it's the English and Irish in me?

Yes it has been cold, grey and snowy where I am. But the sun is out now and streaming through my apartment I am loving it. I long for spring as well.

It goes the same way for me too!
It's cloudy outside and I want to go home and stay in bed all day! I am not in the mood on working!
Sunny weather cheers me up! I am from Greece, I couldn't feel differently!

Rain doesn't bother me. I like storms. I hate the freezing below temps cold though.

i dont mind the dark rainy days
it is when it is like -35 or - 40 that bugs me
too cold to do anything
like today it is -24 and windchill of -32
