5:00=dinner is oatmeal with soymilk

I exercises 10 minutes cardio 10 minutes pilates and 100 jumping jacks

I'm 15 and talking to parents and adults, it's my perception that most of them think parents should be kind strict and harsh. That is, they should control their kid's lives, punish them whenever they do something wrong, with harsh punishments,never forgive, make their kids fee bad and humilitaed when they mess up. I also got the perception that most parents think they shouldn't take into account their kids willingness to change, and have as aa principle thetif a kid messed up, did something wrong, broke their parents trust, then he's damned, heor she will never earn it back and will neve be forgiven. Well,if in adulthood it's like that, the everybody is damned, because almost ult dose such things once in a while. If my perception is right, this is scary. I've had many conflicts w/ my parents, but never really messed up. So, if I do something wrong, which is possible, I'm not perfect, then I'll lose their love, trust, everything for life, even if I do my best to make up for my mistake?

I'm looking for weight loss prescriptions for cheap online with an online dr's consultation. I would like to know what you've tried (strength etc), what you're results were(how long it took to lose the weight), and where you got them from (website)? I've tried Phentermine, but it seems they're backordered or the website is lacking the online consultation.

i'm a freshman in high school, in the honors program, and i'm taking latin as my foreign language. i have the option of continuing latin for the next two years, or switching to a new language for the next three, and i'm having a tough time deciding. i've heard that taking latin helps you on the vocabulary portion of the SAT exam, but i've also heard that taking latin is a complete waste of time and that taking a modern language can better help you in the real world when getting a job after you graduate. i don't plan on getting a job that involves me speaking a different langauge, so i'm on the fence. any advice?

i used to be quite smart at at school,
then i dropped out
then i went through this stage..
i started heavily drinking every night,
smoking pot every day
taking pills every weekend
and also went through a stage of evn heavier drinking and taking speed every day(not injected though)
and just basically partying full on for about 2 years

i have now been quite clean for about a year and am wondering why im so stupid..i trip over things, i say stupid things, i talk about stupid things,then relise later and feel completely embarressed and ashamed..

did these activities kill brain cells>? alot of them? or could it be something else?

i also used to sniff lighter fluid and paint..
i think thats all..

and i was on anti-depressiants and anxiety pills at the time also, and used to take extra pills for funzies

I bought shoes ($100). tried to take them back. store wouldn't. I wore them 3hrs indoors. they said they were creased where foot bends. tried to tell me that this is the shoe drs recomend with the problem i have. they said i could return them the day i bought them. they hurt my foot to the point that i can't walk in them. they said i just need to break them in. I have bought other cheap ($10) shoes that did not hurt my foot from day one. as soon as i change from SAS shoes, my foot doesn't hurt. put them on and they hurt my foot. they didn't hurt until i had worn the for an hr, i again tried the next day for an hr. hurt the minute i put them on. they did put pads in them when i tried to return them. any help with laws governing shoe returns, and where i can find a copy of the law if one exists. thanks.

I went to watch Derby County play Bolton in 1993 and I got "beat up" by three policemen, I was in a right state, Its too much of a long story to tell you all about it here, but I did not do anything wrong and they tried to do me for threatening behaviour.

It wasn't all bad news, when they took me to court, the Bolton police didn't expect what happened next!! I had two Derby County stewards stand up and say I didn't do anything wrong in Bolton's ground and even better, Two Derby police man (who were stunned by what they saw) actually stood up in court and testified that they saw the police assault me.

I ended up receiving £4000 in compensation, but that took 4 YEARS to get!!!

She is not allergic to her formula (same she has been on since I could no longer breast feed), nor is she allergic to any solids I've fed her. I know you're supposed to wait until they are at least 12 months old, but she seems to have lost her taste for formula and loves to drink from a cup(water). Just wondering if anyone has any thoughts?

This is my first pregnancy and I am very confused..How will I be able to tell if I am in labor or not? I'm 40 weeks pregnant and for the past couple of days I have had period like contractions.. Their timing was off though. Some would be 5 minutes apart.. then 10. This is ever since Friday.. Last night I lost my mucus plug, it was thick and jelly like, very gross if you ask me. So I was sure I was in labor. I decided to wait it out to see if they got stronger and came more frequently and they didn't. So then today came and they happend maybe for another hour then stopped compleatly. Am I in labor? I don't think they were Braxon Hicks because these were strong and frequent. But if not labor.. what is it?
