Ah-haaaa...."yellow snow" refers to snow that has been peed on. If someone eats yellow snow, they're eating a mixture of snow and urine. Which is very nasty, to say the least.

Nope...yellow snow contains urine- dog, cat, whatever. It's just a sanitary measure. Not folklore just good advice!
