I'm not a judge, but I would say if you are not on the lease and she threw you out- NO. contact your local city hall or district judges office (like a stat attorney office) to be sure just in case SHE persues the issue.

You caught her cheating and she threw you out? You might not be on the lease however do you have a separate contract with her. If you do and it's written then you still might owe. For the time you lived there not the rest of the month seeing as she threw you out.

If you aren't living with her now and you are not on the lease, and if she threw you out, then you don't owe her anything. She could try to sue you for palimony, but then your fate belongs in the hands of the courts and you would have a right to an attorney. Do you have children by her? If so, then you are obligated to support the children and you should do so.

Depends on if you stayed there for the entire month, if you did you should pay for your portion of the bills etc.
Whether or not she was cheating or threw you out you still need to pay for the things you used such as heat to keep you warm, hot water to shower in, water to wash your clothes, cable TV that entertained you, food that fed you and the roof over your head that sheltered you. Besides you want to have a clear conscience knowing that even though she may not be a great person--YOU ARE.

Don't quite get the question- did you say you caught her cheating, threw you out, and wants money now?
Um, you weren't on the lease.
Now, when I rented, I heard but never actually read that while all occupants should be listed, there is allowed for each rented space one "permanent guest". Check your local laws, but let the girl sue you.
And no, emotionally, morally, ethically, you owe her nothing.
She put herself in a bad spot, and she needs to learn. If people are to cohabitate without marriage, fine, butt hen we need to all be aware of the financial danger we put ourselves in without using adequate protections.

not really but you should pay her for the last month you lived there at least b/c you were liveing there. Even tho she kicked you out paying her that month will say your the bigger man and that you have no problem with what happen. Plus gives you a standing chance with her friends later on b/c they will see you as a pritty good guy for doin that

Your name is not on the lease so you don't owe anything.

Nope

If you have no written contract. I would say that you are free of paying her anything. If she kicked you out...you don't owe her a penny.
