Having worked in the Operating Theatre for nearly 20 years, I can say that this is a sad fantasy! It's true that something might have fallen out of his anal orifice but not his insides! What a weirdo - perhaps make some new friends!

If the drop is too high when someone is hanged, then it is possible for the person to be dis-embowelled. That is a fact. That is why, when hanging was a form of legal execution, the hangman had to calculate the weight and height of the person to be hanged. But i think your mate is lying, cos surely, his friend would have died. If the drop was that high, that he did actually get dis-embowelled, then his inners would have carried on falling.

Don't believe him...If things fell out the human body that easily, it wouldn't be so hard to give birth and people wouldn't be able to stand for too long. He probably made the whole thing up.
