thats a lot of water. i would sugggest drinking warm water instead of cold water.

if you have a clogged sink warm water will allow things to flow better. the concept here is that warm liquids will allow fat to be broken down easier and pass through the body quicker. it actually works.

i think you may need to eat more at dinner time so that you can fall asleep better. Also a good practice is to include something from each food group at each meal. for example:

11:00- 1 glass water apple, orange or banana, 1 egg, 1 toast, 2 slices bacon.

1:00 2 glasses of water, salad, slice of ham, orange.
3:00 oatmeal or carotts

5:00 carrots, 3 slices of honey ham, 3 crackers, 2 pieces of cheese, and soymilk

You're doing really good at drinking water, but you need to eat out of all the main food groups a little of each, so you will get all the vitamins you need. It also, seems like your starving yourself, because you don't eat much, this will make you more hungry and gain more calories. So, eat different foods from the food pyramid and remember what helps the most is the EXERCISE, because no matter how much you eat, if you exercise you will maintain your weight and even loose weight.

yeah will but you might not be eatign enough calories...I'd suggest putting some complex carbs in your diet (good breads) because that really helps you lose weight and your body needs it. Also try and do 20-30 min of cardio a day (even if its just walking)

Yeah, that'll work, but why, oh why, are you eating breakfast for dinner and dinner for breakfast? Just curious.

wow, you have got to be kidding? of course you'll lose weight, unless you're using the whole bottle of dressing, and the chicken is coated in chocolate and deep fried.
