Hi! I am 5'5 and 139lbs. I am looking to get fit and tone some areas of my body (hips, backside, and thighs). I do pilates 5 days a week and already my abs are looking great (its been about 4 weeks). I am about to bump my exercise up to pilates 5 days a week + running 45mins 3 days a week. I eat a pretty healthy diet - fresh fruit and vegetables daily, no soda and lots of water, fast food once a week or less, no red meat, lots of fish, etc. But I do have a soft spot for grains, cereal, bread, etc.

However, I am not interested in being a calorie counter! I want to exercise to tone and get fitter but I am not interested in counting calories everyday. Is it possible that I can continue eating a relatively healthy diet without counting calories and still tone my body? Thanks!

1. the first character,is like the ultimate role model(like in miss congeniality 2),and public representative from the royal family,she's a princess...who gets forced to mary a guy with noble birth birth but raised like a normal kid. she's very beautifula dn smart, kindheartted but she can't seem to be nice to her soon to be husband.

2. the second character is the guy who would be ended up being married to the princess...he's an athlete,very charming and sweet...he always ends up fighting with the princess,but they would fall in love at the end. He's pretty normal,except that his parents are of royal lineage.

3. the third character is the soon to be ex-boyfriend of the princess,they kept their relationship private from the media, he's silent,very handsome, a gazillionaire!, he's so formal and charismatic...and ends up wanting revenge from the royal family after the set-up marriage.

4. the fourth character is the best friend of character #2, she is so in-love with him,but he doesn't

Ok so the thing is if i dont wash my hair in 2 days it gets kinda oily i hate that..is there a fix for this kinda hair? What kind of Shampoo shud i use, my hair is straight light brown..and i am using Pantene Volumizing shampoo i think its a good shampoo cuz it gives my hair some volume which i love but do u know of a better shampoo?? And my friend told me that u have to change ur champoo every once in a while like in a few weeks or month is that true? Cant u just stick to just 1 shampoo if it works. I want my hair with volume cuz its not thick.. Pls help!!!! :)

My aunt has a dog (called fudge) and he keeps going over to the water bowl, has a small drink sometimes and then puts his feet in. He often looks like he is trying to dig through the bowl for somthing. He has diabeties and cataracts and cushings and is quite old if that is important. Ok, last night i was playing out with my friend, and I had to be in by 10.10 pm, I lost track of time and she called me and started saying things like 'You're never going around there again!!!' (around there meaning around my friend's house) then today she started lecturing me about 'You're never going around there again, I'm not letting you!' etc. But i can understand her grounding me for, say a week or two, but never going around to my friend's house again seems a little over the top to me.

Is she being overreactive/overprotective or not?

can a car backfires because the muffler isn't good? or can be a different reason why it's doing it,i want to know before i take it to the muffler shop and pay all the money ......DETAILS .>> it's a old car:oldsmobile year 89 delta 88, fuel injection,3.8 liters,6 cylinders, never had mayor problems with it;but i was reading my car repair book and couldn't find a secction where the muffler can be blamed for a backfiring!

Does anyone agree with me that the Stones do an awful lot of 'country' music? My partner is a mad Stones fan and will not talk to me because I said this. He said what they do is Blues but I don't care - I go by my ears and what I hear an awful lot of in their music is Country. Anyone agree?
