The story of the first humans in Creation has been told in film many times.
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0048929/
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0209892/
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0082517/
etc.. in all different formats (Live action, animation, drama, comedy, etc). Usually this story is filmed as one part of a larger religious movie.
I can see several problems in making a movie about Adam and Eve.
1. Will feminist groups put up the obviously sexist messages this story tells? Eve is subservient to Adam, causes humankind to fall from God's graces, etc. Obviously in this PC world, changes would have to be made to make it commerically profitable *which is why movies are made in the 1sr place). And if you tinker with the story too much, religius groups will be understandably upset.
2. Are they nude the whole movie? Until they eat the forbidden fruit? Well, now you're talking an "R" rating, which means 75% of the people who go to movies won't be able to see it.
3. What WAS the forbidden fruit? Western culture typically depicts it as an apple. Those with a more, shall we say, "Freudian" leaning, suggest it's a banana. Since after eating the fruit, Adam and Eve learn about shame and wear figleaves to cover themselves, it's possible the fruit is dates or figs.
The Bible never actually spells out what type of fruit the Tree of Knowledge bore.
4. The whole movie is first just one guy, then one guy and a girl and sometimes they talk to a voice in the clouds or a snake. Not exactly "Indiana Jones 4", more like "My Dinner with Andre".
5. Where do you end the story? With the expulsion from Paradise? Or with their struggles AFTER they are in disfavor? How about the story of Cain and Abel? I mean, you have to admit there's not a lot here to uplift the human spirit, the damn story ends on SUCH a downer.
I think this could be done in a commerically viable way, but I do not think the story of Adam and Eve is enough for a whole movie. As one segment of a lot of religious stories, sure. Remake "The Bible" and include the stories about Noah and the Ark, Moses and the 10 Commandments, the Plagues which befell Egypt, etc.
With CGI there is NO story which cannot be told, it just depends on the talents of the screenplay authors and the director.

I don't know, maybe they should, considering all the people that don't know anything about our lord. Hey, they made Passion of the Christ, so maybe they'll do, Passion of Adam and Eve, for a sequel.

Since no one knows that story it cannot be verified. The movie would be criticized and ridiculed. I don't think a lot of people would 'Adam & Eve' it.. (hehe.. belive it..)

It will be 5 minute short. What happened afterwards is pure fiction. No real account exists and endlessly and shamelessly it has been shown in different formats and versions depending on who u r!
