Why does Rip Curl choose to own overseas factories? And why does Rip Curl maintain a factory in Australia when labour costs are much higher? Both of these questions are answered in detail in a certain video about Rip Curl, but I can't find the transcript. Any help in this area will be greatly appreciated. I think the video was called "Globalisation and Australian Businesses".

Hey everyone, I need some advise. I have a co-worker at work that I like a lot all of a sudden. He's not my usual type, he's very short and skinny (5'5 ft 135 lbs) and I'm 5'8 175 lbs. I usually like men bigger and taller then me but it is something about his soft spokenness that I'm drawn too. He was one of my coolest buddies at work before I started liking him. I didn't like him at all at first but over these last 3 months, I find myself so attracted to him. We have been flirting for a while but I play the shy role and just laugh off his little comments. Now that I realize that I like him, I told another co-worker to tell him I like him and she did. He was very suprised and almost didn't believe her at first. He said that he likes me a lot and he would never want to do anything to hurt me but he is not the settle down type. I can't understand what he means by that since we never talked about relationships. Maybe he is just blowing me off nicely but why flirt so much then?

hi my name is nikki and i'm 19. Me and my boyfriend have been dating for 9 months, I love him to death and i know he is the one i want to settle down with, however i cant help but keep feeling like he doesnt want to be with me. I know he use to have a crush on this other girl who didnt like him in return and i still feel like he's hung up on her. He tells me he loves me and all, but sometimes i feel like he just doesnt want to be with me, he said he does and he said imake him happy. He lives about an hour away and we see each other about 3 or 4 times a week and sometimes he spends the night on the weekends. I sometimes feel that he stays with me cuz he is afraid of hurting me and i dont want him to feel obligated to be with me, and i have told him all of this and he says if he didnt want to be with me he wouldn't be. So is it just my own insecurities or does something seem up?

Have you ever been persecuted for you faith. I did yesterday, when I went to see my 10 year old daughter for access, at the department of Human services(child snatchers) as they are involved with my daughter as her father and his wife was abusing her, and her fathers wife was hitting her, and not feeding her properly, and she was eating out of bins at school. So the department took her of of them thank goodness. She now lives with her grandparents(her fathers parents)I was told at a case plan meeting last week that if I brought up Jesus they would terminate my access. Yesterday I brought up Jesus and God and all hell broke lose. The worker got the manager and he gave me a hard time about it, and told me not to bring up spiritual things to her. As soon as I told him he was persicuting me, he denied it and said they are just rules and guidelines. He asked me if I agree with him and I said no, and they got 2 security gards to excort me out of the building.

I have had this nagging, constant, needle like pain in my right leg for a couple years now. it hurts so bad sometimes i would wake up in the middle of the night or i couldnt even fall asleep because of the pain. Now it's even distracting me when i'm in class and driving. The pain starts from my knee cap but more on the side of the knee cap and it goes down the side of the shin. It hurts sooo bad. It's like sharp needle pain. It would stop for a lilttle bit and come back again this annoying pain! i went to the doc and they couldnt find out what's wrong with me the neurologist couldnt find anything wrong with me neither...any ideas?
