Well the valves or the heart would be like the pistons in an engine. The SA node in the heart (regulates heart rate) would be the spark plug. The lungs would be the air intake system. The alveoli in the lungs would be the air filter. Oil and transmission fluid would be the cartilage throughout the body and fluid around the heart lungs and joints.
