Minneapolis MN, 1982. I got to see Ozzy Osbourne with Randy Rhoads. Randy was killed in plane crash shortly thereafter in Florida. I will never forget it. I had heard a little about his new hotshot guitarist, but was absolutely blown away watching him play live. It was one of the most memorable and best concerts I've ever been to and I will never forget it. I am glad I got to see Randy play and hear him play live. It was all that AND a dime bag worth of chips...........

Eric Clapton, because of who he is and his songs, his singing is awesome. I love this man. It was a very tame concert. Little story though, the first concert I ever went to, a while back, not saying how long. As soon as the lights went out and they flicked thier bics, etc., some kids right behind me had their flashlights on and that caught my eye and I looked and they had their rubber hose and were shooting up with a needle and it freaked me out. I kept telling my husband, "do not lean back." I thought all concerts were this way for a long time. Maybe they were and I just didn't know it or maybe it was a freak thing. Ha! that was a story. The band was Alabama and it was a long time ago.

Motorhead at Wacken 2006, Germany. They played after David Coverdale and then Emperor. Deadly!

Also up there has got to be Iron Maiden and Dreamtheatre in Paris 2005 and Dokken and LA Guns in The house of blues, Vegas in 2004.

No question, Zappa Plays Zappa - both Seattle, WA 12/21/06 & Portland, OR 12/22/06. Most incredible crowd, fantastic set list, insane musicians! In Seattle they played over 4 hours with no intermissions. Complete with comedy & satire, amazing solos, special guests Steve Vai and Terry Bozzio, and even some sentimental moments with Dweezil Zappa, as it was Frank Zappa's birthday, RIP. After 4 hours and 2 encores I wasn't sure I could physically handle any more, but I'm sure glad I did!

Its a tie between :
October 7,1981. I saw the Rolling Stones at the Los Angeles Collesium. Opening for them were J Geils band and George Thorogood and the Destroyers and also.......
Prince! He was booed off the stage and stuff got thrown at him.
People were not ready for him in 1981.
(I remember the exact date because my 21st birthday was somewhere right around that day)

Summer of 1981, Los Angeles Collesium again. Summer Blow-out. Russia, Molly Hatchet, AC/DC, Journey and Cheap Trick. Awesome concert .

Mine was in Boston in 91or 92. I went to see the Red Hot Chilli Peppers, and The Smashing Pumpkins and Pearl Jam were the opening bands. I'm not kidding. It was insane. I hadn't heard of the pumpkins or pearl jam. I was blown away. Chilli Peppers got blown away. I liked them and all but the pumpkins and pearl jam destroyed it. I'll never forget it. I think it was at the Middle East. NOFX at the Avalon and Axis in Boston, bunch of shows in the early 90's good too. Fugazi and Bad Brains same show in Portland Maine 1990 was killer too. Rage Against The Machine 93 Road Island blew me away. Lots of good music in that time period. Too many to narrow it down.
