Type in Vitilago cures. under your search engine.
Vitilago is what Michael Jackson has and myself. 2% of the world has it.
I know you didn't say the same symptoms However It covers other types of shin discolorations. There's allot of cons going on there and med's that don't work so localize your situation then type that type of skin problem in. Usually followed by cures.
allot of everything seems to fall under psoriasis

Hey I also have skin problems, and I also a cheerleader.

Hmm, the way I solve my problem is to see a doctor first. Get the proper medication to solve the itch, when the itch is control. You left with the patches of marks. If it is not a scratch, when showering, use soap that have rocks inside, I forget what its called, and go for soap that is good for dry skin, or oily skin, depends on whether your skin problem is due to dry skin or oily skin.

When showering, slowly massage the areas that got marks. It takes a while to take the shade off, at the time being, go for your training and train up yourself, by the time you doing your performance, should not have any problems.

If performance is on hand and the patches are still there, use a spray type cosmetic for the legs, don't need to bother about hands, most of the time your hands doing the motion.

Another way, is to go tanned yourself, while taking care of your skin, making sure that your itch wont come again.

control the itch, and most of the things can be settled easily. :)

You did not mention if you still itch any more? Did you have eczema?

To lighten skin naturally, you will need to be more diligent about you eat and use on your skin. For healing skin, you need to go on a detoxification and cleansing diet. Also, avoid harsh chemicals and perfume on your skin.

I am recommending the natural methods here but these may take time. You may wish to see a skin specialist to see if you can hasten the results that you are looking for.
