I am aiming to lose about 70 pounds and I found this wonderful answer here on Yahoo Answers that talked all about what I should eat and how I should eat 5 to 7 small meals per day and always eat breakfast. I have read in most places that most people should be drinking 64 OZ (or 8 glasses) of water per day. I have read though on this forum that you should drink a gallon of water a day, but can't you drink too much water? If I am excersing 30 minutes a day (Tae-Bo) is drinking more then 64 oz of water okay?

i'm about to graduate from high school and plan to start college in fall, we have been dating for 1 year and 3 months. he a really nice guy and i love him with all my heart. my parents like him and hes always been good to me. i'm just worried that i maybe too young. its not like we'll be married as soon as he asks but thats a big step we dont even live toegther now.

Before to autopsy report is released, what do you think she passed away of? It is a shame that she died so young, and definitely come as a shock to me. But I have a hard time believing she died from the flu. My kids are both sick with the flu right now, as well as my husband. I'm not saying it's not possible, but maybe combined with all her stress, she wore herself down and it killed her? I don't know. Just curious to see what others think. Out of respect for her ... wether you liked her or not ... just say what you think happened, but don't say things like "Good riddance" or "She deserved it." I hate to see replies like that - as she wasn't a bad person - she was just ... different. May she rest in peace.

America's media, and probably its people also, is quite stunned and abuzz with comments and commentaries on this unexpected death. The media is showing, again and again, Anna Nicole in various pose from various angles. And what is most prominant in these poses is her voluptuous breasts.

Anna Nicole's breasts were really very huge, and are seems to be largest ones being carried by any woman on this earth. What I really want to know is, were these breasts normal and natural, or were they made up by implants?

I'm going to host a rather formal dinner party and I'd like to invite my good friend, she's a wonderful cook and more than willing to help me with the party. But, that means I'll have to include her new boyfriend, too. The problem is, that guy is not dressing up well, his 'clubbing' attire is mama's jeans and sneakers--and he thinks combination of khaki pants, sweater, and crocs is fine clothing for x-mas eve with my gf's parents.

The other guests are important people to my husband, like his boss and his boss' bosses with their spouses. They dress like typical corporate people. How to tell my gf, or better, tell her new bf to dress up for the party without offending him? He's over 40 and I'm like 10 years younger.

I've seen so much criticism and I think most of it is due to lack of awareness

1.The latest affirmation about caste system in Hinduism is given by Lord Krishna (abut 3000 years back) who clearly said caste system is for implementing social responsibilities only and human shall not be judged by birth?

2.All the Lords who are born humans are born in low castes like Lord Rama(not the upper most brahmin but Kshatriya) and Lord Krishna as a cow sheperd..even a low caste..

3.Caste system is mis used by the priests like in any other religion

4.Indian constitution bans caste discrimination and about 50% of everything(college seats to representatives of state ) are reserved for low caste people for last 50 years..

5.Several low caste people and minorities enjoyed the highest positions like prime minister, president, VP etc..Suprisingly its not happened yet in the oldest democracies, UK & U.S.A.
6.Once a low caste person achieves success he doesn’t care about his fellow caste

The bathroom upstairs is of a concern and I don't know how to check if the commode, the sink, or the shower pipes have a slow leak.

The reason is bc there's a patch (fresh paint) on the wall as if part of the roof from downstairs (right below the bathroom upstairs) was repaired recently.

We know we can get an inspector but I'd like to do a basic test on it before.
