I really need a 60to90sec monologue to audition for this acting program at my school thats really tough to get in to. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!. If you know a monologue for a women in her late teens that would be wonderful thank you!!:)

Try something from one of Shakespeare's lesser-known works--it shows that you can master difficult material without being the same "Oh, Romeo..." that they've already heard thousands of times. I would suggest the role of Katharine in Henry VIII or the role of Imogen in Cymbeline.

I'm not sure where you would find it, but there's a really great scene at the end of the play "Our Town." The character Emily Webb is speaking. She has just died, but was given the chance to go back and re-live one day of her life. (She's about 15 or 16.) The monologue comes at the end of the day she was given, when she is about to leave Earth for good. It's wonderful.
