So let me ask this. If you go back as far as 20 generations (600 years ago, if you assume 30 years per generation) you would have1,048,576 direct ancestors in that 20th generation alone. If any of them were a jewish female, would that jewish ancestry continue on down to the present? Wouldn't that make pretty much everyone jewish?

I have had no cramping at all until today. It is not excruciating, actually it's just like a dull period like ache. I have no bleeding at all. Has anyone else had these symptoms at this stage of pregnancy. Am I worrying about nothing?

i heard a couple months ago on a tv show. i think it was discovery channel that someone time traveled. a man was flying alone on his plane and went through a cloud and when he came out it was like 30 years later, and he said it felt like 5 minutes.

My father was on a plane once that had to keep circling because its landing gear wouldn't come down...I was on a plane during a storm when I was young and have been terrified to fly ever since.

a) US troops have to follow the Geneva convention (rules of engagement) & the terrorists don't.

b) The terrorists blend in with the Iraqi civilian population.

c) The Civil/Sectarian war.

d) Non stop Iranian & Syrian support for the terrorists.

e) Not enough US troops to win the "hearts & minds" of the Iraqi civilians.

f) Nobody in the Bush adminstration had a plan for figthing a insurgency in Iraq & they still aren't totally sure how to defeat it even now.

I was trying to get covered by a doctor (need to see doctor before I can get surgery), but when he called my insurance company he said that I had a deductible so I had to pay out-of-pocket. What the heck does that mean? If I don't pay the full deductible will they deny me for surgery? Is the guy just not covered? I thought you had a full year to pay! What can I do? (Paying O.O.P anyway)
