Yes they are a legitimate site. I used them back in October 2006 for a flight from Denver to London, last minute emergency. The price was great and the ticket was real. Initially I was nervous when I booked the ticket because it was such a deal but trust me they really are a legitimate service and I will use them again myself.

I've never heard of it and some of those sites are very sketchy. I always find the cheapest fares directly through the airline's website. And some airlines guarantee that you will find the cheapest fares through their own website.
