Yes, it was horrible from beginning to end. I'll just tell you the worst part. We were coming in from Mexico and it was very stormy. The pilot announced he could not land in NYC, and they were looking for another airport. He then got on the PA and said he had good news and bad news. The good news was they had found another airport, the bad news was they were not sure they had enough fuel to make it there. They started to secure the plane and I never knew so many religions, and languages praying at the same time. A few minutes later the Pilot said they were diverting the plane to an airport in Virginia because we could make it there on fuel BUT no one could leave the plane as there was no customs at this airport. No problem on my part. We had to wait for them to fly officials in to okay the plane being refueled, so it could take off again for NYC. I won't bother to tell you about all those who wanted off the plane in Virginia, the local police etc. Nor the fact the flight was delayed for hours prior to leaving Mexico and they told us after the plane was in the air it was due to mechanical difficulties. YUP one heck of a trip...and that is the short story.

I flew into a small airport and the landing was so rough, we actually bounced back up in the air. When we got on the ground again, he had to turn sharply to the left, and everyone in the cabin was slung over. It was pretty intense. And yes, I have a horrible fear of flying since 9/11, but I fly anyway. I'm not going to miss out on traveling.

I've had bumpy rides and storms here and there while flying in a commercial flight. I have to say that my worst and scariest experience was when I was having a bad insulin reaction (hypoglycemia)and was asking the flight attendant for some orange juice. She acted annoyed and pretended not to understand me and told me I had to wait until the seat belt sign was off. Fortunately some passengers were kind enough to give me some soda they had.

Nothing like that. But when I was very little about 4-5 yrs old, I was accidentally locked in the restroom and didn't know how to open it. That was scary for me. Now, it's just rude and bad stewardesses that give me a bad experience. (Not saying all stewardesses are bad, just some of the ones I had on a flight)

It replaced into my first time to fly :) We have been invited foreign places- to HongKong. The flight going there replaced into merely great. i replaced into so excited, I savored each and every 2nd. however the flight going back replaced right into a very diverse tale. photograph this, We have been approximately to land. you be attentive to how rocky landing is :) and maximum particularly for a familiar timer :) The holiday replaced into so tough happening, and you be attentive to what? because of the fact the flight attendant began to remind the passengers to positioned on their seat belts, properly my 2 3 hundred and sixty 5 days previous son could no longer have picked a extra effective time to bypass to the lavatory! And that is not any longer extensive form a million, that is extensive form 2! So there i replaced into, (lacking my supposedly FIRST land residing house, lacking the exterior view of my united states of america )cramped up in that small lavatory, falling left and superb, backward and forward to my 'son in action', smelling that 'u be attentive to what' scent :) at that element, it felt like no longer purely the worst flight i've got ever had, however the worst adventure ever! yet now, each time human beings hear approximately it, they only think of that is hilarious! I kinda experience the comparable now :)

Yes. My experience was of different nature.
I happen to be in the same flight to South America with NZ rugby team. The flight is 18 hours. Those boys were noisy, getting drunk, swearing, littering screaming, demanding flight attendant's attention.....a flight from hell.
It was unbearable & very humiliating

The whole flying experience these days is "A BAD EXPERIENCE"! Terrible service, ridiculous security measures, and cramped overcrowded planes.
