This is also in relation to my last question regaring one of my employees drinking on thie job. I have called Labor Commision and they referred me to OSHA and now OSHA doesnt understand why I am calling them about one of my employees drinking? No one seems to know who I contact about this. Basically this is the situation:
1) employee drinks/i am the manager who isnt allowed to perform like a manager due to bosses micro-managing me
2)my bosses turn away and do not respond when I bring this up to them and have actually stated "there is nothing wrong with a drink or two and driving"
3) my customers and other employees see him and can smell the alcohol
4) I am wanting to put in my two week notice immediately but afraid that might jepordize getting this taken care of or if it does come to surface and I am gone , I get dragged into this.
Do I just need to call and find a laywer tomorrow? I am mentally stressed about this and cannot take it anymore!
