I have been divorced for a year now and i am still hurt about it and always seem to think back on what we had and i start to really miss him. Our marriage ended very badly for many reasons and when i left i still loved him very much and i can't seem to let him go and i really want to so i can move on with my life. I just want to know how long it took others to really move on because i dont want to spend the rest of my life hurtting over my ex husband.

This is also in relation to my last question regaring one of my employees drinking on thie job. I have called Labor Commision and they referred me to OSHA and now OSHA doesnt understand why I am calling them about one of my employees drinking? No one seems to know who I contact about this. Basically this is the situation:
1) employee drinks/i am the manager who isnt allowed to perform like a manager due to bosses micro-managing me
2)my bosses turn away and do not respond when I bring this up to them and have actually stated "there is nothing wrong with a drink or two and driving"
3) my customers and other employees see him and can smell the alcohol
4) I am wanting to put in my two week notice immediately but afraid that might jepordize getting this taken care of or if it does come to surface and I am gone , I get dragged into this.

Do I just need to call and find a laywer tomorrow? I am mentally stressed about this and cannot take it anymore!
