I just think it's cool to see what kind of ritual type things people do in different religions or whatever.
Today I woke up and cleansed myself spiritually with white sage. Then I smoked a bowl and danced.
Tonight I will meditate and offer my nightly toke to my ancestors and light some incense.
This helps me stay stress free throughout the day, so to people who think I'm crazy, it works for me, and it works great.

I ususally hold an all day conversation with God. I practiced my faith today by making a date with an old friend who is going through a bad time in her life and could use my friendship.

Well, before bed last night, I did a bit of hatha yoga, followed by a meditation. It was only 5 minutes of still meditation [not including the hatha yoga] but it was very powerful.
Earlier today, I took a ritual purification bath.
EDIT: I do the yoga to help quiet my mind, as well as a form of excercise. I meditate for the mental reasons, but also because it helps me re-attune to myself, and to be calm the following day. I do a ritual bath weekly, to relax everything upset in the week [a ritual bath involves salt, oils, and rose petal {or another thing} to heal my built up negativity.]
Monthly, I do an elemental balancing ritual, but only when I know I'll be fine the next day, as it takes a lot out of me. That's to help me stay healthy, mentally, and to a small extent, physically.

I pray a lot throughout the day. Everything from a short (ok Lord I need you) To a long winded pleading. At night and in the morning I meditate. I need to do more Bible study. I used to be real good at it and have lately neglected it.
Why? Because I believe the highest honor a human can recieve is to be an adopted child of GOD. A Christian.

Well today (Thursday AKA Thor's day) I did a blot to honor Thor. First I hallowed the offering, which in this case was some honey mead. The next part was the sharing of the offering with Thor by praying to him.
Asatru is holistic religion and I integrate it into my everyday life.

I worked hard, went for a 3 mile run, ate dinner with my honey and molested her neck. Sounds like a great day to me. Why add a god and mess everything up?

I did the same thing I do every day: nothing. Which saves a lot of time. I'm an atheist.

well why look at it from a point of doing? it implies a sense of duty attached to it. but when you doing it because you enjoy it as much as you would spending time with your wife or loved one... it'd rather be seen as love than it is a duty. not so much doing but living it...it wouldnt be done as one with a conscious effort instead the intention to please with sincere praise

I just talk to God. Some may think I'm crazy (but uh.... I dont give a d**m...), but I walk around the house and talk to Him all the time. I dont just pray when something goes wrong, I pray and worship ALL the time, through the good and bad.....
