Once again a player has proven to me that athletes are in it for the money. Tyrus Thomas from the Chicago Bulls was quoted as saying that all he is interested in the slam dunk contest is the money. He later apologized for his comments after the team fined him $10,000. Yeah Tyrus we accept your apology (whatever) this apology has no meaning whatsoever. I'm sick of all these uneducated players thinking that they're all that just because they are in the NBA. You should be honored to be part of something this big. Tyrus Thomas goes down as a greedy, uneducated, selfish person in my book and I look forward to seeing him score only 3 points per game ( A real All-Star). Tell me what you think.

Why do people pick a question to "answer", then hit below the belt with comments rather than try to be helpful on here, which is what this site is for??????

Why bother if you're just getting on to condemn and judge people instead of answering the frigging questions they need answered?

We aren't going to get the white house with her as a candidate!!! I want a Democrat in the White House, but she can't win! The South hates her, and so do all conservatives. I'll vote for her if she's on the ballot, but I might as well eat my vote with some tobasco sauce on it for all the good it will do!

I filled up my dodge with diesel at a service station recently... The next morning, it was running terrible. Turns out, there was water in the diesel, and it cost me 900+ to get a new transfer pump and everything else because the water damaged the system that bad. I was wondering if there was anything that could be done as far as insurance or anything, because I know exactly where the bad fuel came from..

And not "pretty on the inside." I mean what makes a person's face pretty.

Example: Most people will agree that Nicole Kidman is pretty. Most people will agree that Eva Longoria is pretty.

What makes a person's face prettier than someone else's?

Is it bone structure, eye shape, face shape, porportions.....?

What is it?

Why is it that people read a book about "God" to answer all their spiritual questions but do not use their own heads to think for themselves? If "God" gave them brains then why don't they use them!...sorry to anyone this offends but I am so sick of people only thinking about the words they read and not anything else.

On the Paul Finebaughm show, a caller alleged that Alabama football coach Nick Saben's atheism is unquestioned. That issue was entertained, but not taken seriously on this forum. Some are asking whether it matters. Of course it matters. We cannot have a religious litmus test for staff at public universities, but Athletic Director Mal Moore should want not only a winning coach but also someone who will be a good moral influence upon college students. Very little is more important in this life than a strong moral compass. Those who deny the existence of God also reject the author of truth. Rejecting God leads to the rejection of moral truth so evident in our perverse society. I'm thrilled about Nick Saben go to the Tide, but I would love to hear conclusively that the atheism rumor is untrue. It does matter because he stands to have such a strong influence on students. As for those of you deny God's existence, God doesn't believe in athiests (Romans 1).
