My niece just turned 3. she has the same problem..................................have him/her go to a wall.. when she is having an attitude problem then tell her to think about why she is at the wall then tell her to tell the wall ("Mr Wall") why she/he is having alone time ex she/he might say..."I am having alone time because mommy told me to put away my truck/ doll because I had to get washed up for lunch.. I wanted to keep playing so I said No to her. that is why I am here." Then when u dont here him/ her talking to the wall then tell her/him to say their sorry to u. This teaches kids to express themself with words.. I really hope this helps!!! I may only be 13 but I know alot more things about kids than most girls my age. Thanks for sharing and reading this!

Kids need boundaries. Set them for her now -- she's not too young. Don't think I'm a hypocrite, though. Neither of mine are "cured" yet (they're 4 and 2). Just keep on keepin' on -- consistency is best and will eventually pay off. My four year old is showing steady signs .... :)!

This is normal, but stop it in it's tracks. Say..."Stop _______, mommy doen't like that."
