I have been overweight all my life pretty much and I am a 29 year old male. I have started diets and done well and then stopped. I have absolutely no will power at all, and I have no energy at all either. I just am looking for some advice on a certain diet that may work well, or how to get motivation, anything that you think may help. I wish I could just get my metabolism going so that I didn't have to work so hard to loose weight. Anyway, any advice??
