I know the best way is to eat right and exercise. But do firming lotions actually helps?

The first is the psychological effect that using them may have for you, and the second, is the calories you will burn while applying them. . . in short? Save your money for something else, such as - the new outfit you will need to buy, after loosing some pounds?

No, sad but true only diet and exercise are effective for losing weight. Body firming lotions give the skin the appearance of looking less wrinkled or firmer if you will but shower and the illusion is lost.

No, body firming lotions are not effective for losing weight. You would be wasting your money.

No they don't help lose weight, like you said that is diet and exercise. But it sure would be wonderful if someone came up with a lotion for dropping pounds!!

firming lotions arent to help you lose weight. they are to help smooth and tighten skin...there is a big difference.

yoga really toned my muscles. also healthier food, less refined sugar, etc. helped me as well.
