No, sad but true only diet and exercise are effective for losing weight. Body firming lotions give the skin the appearance of looking less wrinkled or firmer if you will but shower and the illusion is lost.

No they don't help lose weight, like you said that is diet and exercise. But it sure would be wonderful if someone came up with a lotion for dropping pounds!!

firming lotions arent to help you lose weight. they are to help smooth and tighten skin...there is a big difference.

yoga really toned my muscles. also healthier food, less refined sugar, etc. helped me as well.
