Arkin just expresses the feelings of NBC and Washington Post.
Go ahead and look up ABC, CBS, CNN, AND NBC news and see if anyone of them have a single story against Arkin and his comments.
I just did and you won't find it.
Now go look up Abu Grabh and all of them have stories.
Tell me again about there is no media bias.
Fox is the only talking about it.
It does show what the network thinks of our troops.
Yes they talk a good game but they don't stand up to that.
Yet we have congressmen calling them terrorist, dumb, cold blooded murders, nazis, and worse.
I don't care about how you feel about the war but our troops are serving with more honor than Arkin can ever dream of having that is if he has any.
Please note he work for Green Peace enough said about that scum bag.
And that is my Freedom of Speech too.

He is disgusting! Freedom of speech is one thing, but what he said and spoke about is truly just plain hatred! These people must be responsible for what they say and do. Hate the war, thats your right, but degrading our military like that is fueling hatred towards many. Ignorant people listen to crap like this and BELIEVE IT. These types of comments are doing much more than fueling hate, they are dividing families! I personally saw a sister speak to her own brother like this (he is currently serving in the AF) saying things very similar to the crap that Arkin is spewing from his filthy mouth. The brother and sister do not speak anymore. I've said it before and I'll say it again, Hate the war, thats your right. BUT LEAVE OUR MILITARY ALONE! Great question by the way. Although as a military wife and I emotional about this issue!

The Military is just like football. If the team does badly and loses games, the coach gets his butt fried. Similarly, if a military mission goes awry, the commander in chief should catch the heat. The troops are doing what they are commanded to do. So, you can't blame them. You have to blame the guy giving the crappy commands.

This guy is beneath contempt. Calling the troops mercenaries! If he wasn't such a coward, he would join al qaeda and go fight for his terrorist buddies.

What is he saying specifically about the troops? Do you have a link to a specific article?

I suspect that the facade of the antiwar movement has slipped and revealed their true feelings.
