The world market is flooded with Chinese goods.I discussed the Chinese developments with a veteran freedom fighter and an international authority on Gandhian philosophy, who had came back after attending a seminar in China. He was simply amazed at the fast pace.Despite his bias against communism,he admitted that India has been left far behind.China attracts Europeans as well.I have found admirers during my visit to UK also. What shall I conclude?Any objective respondent?

I went on Yahoo news this morning and saw the funniest story. Ted Haggard has gone through 3 weeks of intensive counseling and now one of the ministers has said he is sure that he is now "completely heterosexual".

It's absolutely shocking to hear people claim that you can "cure" being gay or bisexual. People are gay because they are gay, not because they are possessed or because they chose to be gay. Considering everything that Pastor Ted had going for him, why would he choose to be gay and ruin everything he had created? If he was possessed, then how could 3 weeks of intense counseling cure him from being possessed? When will people accept the fact that he is gay or bisexual?

I've had a really bad year so far and I really want to go away, but I can't take much more time off than that at one time. But a friend of mine said that I should only go to india when I can stay for a few weeks (which I won't be able to do for like 4 years).

I am a huge fan of the Harry Potter books, and have loved and cherished them for years now. I've awaited each new release with what one can describe as fanatical eagerness! There is no doubt that many of you out there are the same. Personally I find the books wonderful in every way. They’re magical and trapping, even when you are re-reading for the tenth or so time. But what is the secret behind this success? Why do we love J.K Rowling's world so much? What makes the books unique and unlike all others? Surely Magic has a lot do with it, but what's your other explanation?

My husband & I will be married a year in May, & I am dying to have a child. I feel like that's what God put me here for--to be a mother. I want to know what it feels like to love someone so much and have someone to depend on me for life. My husband also wants a child, but wants to be through with Police Academy for Highway Patrol. He will graduate in May. Do you think after only a year of marriage it would be a mistake to try to conceive?

I have a friend who left his wife and family for the "other woman". He was having an affair with a co-worker. He claimed he was not happy with his married life and wanted more. He has only been separated/divorced for 10 months. He moved in with the other woman two months ago. Now he is having trouble making ends meet financially. He does not pay child support even though he is supposed to. He has no friends other than her friends - except for me and I do not see him much anymore. It was as he if he simply walked away from everything and everybody he knew. Even his son only sees him every other weekend! I am worried about him. He has given up everything for this woman who is ten years younger than he is. Can their relationship possibly last? Will he wake up one day and realize that maybe leaving his wife and son and everything they built together was not such a good idea? What do you say to someone like this? Or do I say nothing and let him learn the hard way?

I really want to cooperate in the fight against global warming but i am faced with reality of also having to earn my keep. When are car companies gonna mass produce hybrid cars to make them cheaper? When will solar panels and wind turbines be cheap enough so that majority of office and homes will be able to use them? Lastly, when will America make a stand against carbon emissions from its factories and automobiles that has made the most damage to the ozone layer and has contributed much to global warming? Im willing to use alternative sources of energy if only they were affordable and are available in the market the way celphones and mp3 players are. What's your opinion on this matter?

"In the four years since the inspectors left, intelligence reports show that Saddam Hussein has worked to rebuild his chemical and biological weapons stock, his missile delivery capability, and his nuclear program. He has also given aid, comfort, and sanctuary to terrorists, including Al Qaeda members...

It is clear, however, that if left unchecked, Saddam Hussein will continue to increase his capacity to wage biological and chemical warfare, and will keep trying to develop nuclear weapons."
