I have just purchased new 20L jebo tank. It came with filter. Can you over oxygenate a tank? Eg with too many plants and air stones? Using a 2L air pump?

Hi I have chemically straightened/relaxed hair. I get it done at a salon and they use a product called Makaritzo ( or something like that ). I am wondering if I can lighten my normally dark hair as in from dark brown to medium to honey brown (nicole richie look) without damaging it to the point of breakage. At the moment it is in great condition however I am in the mood for a colour change and I cant go much darker than what it already is so I want to go lighter but SAFELY. Please help me - Thanks in advance!

i have an old cabinet i'm told it's a jelly cupboard it's approx. 5ft long, 1ft wide and 4ft high, it has beaded work on it and glass knobs it's been in my family for over 30 years,if people know what they are talking about it's an 1800's piece and what i would like to know is where i can i find someone to appraise it for me around where i live i'm having no success in finding someone that knows anything about the piece. not even sure i can find my answer on here but it doesn't hurt to ask

We are moving towards "blandness".

This is scary because earth conditions change slightly even over just 100's of years.

I noticed a lot of stores here where I walmart,that when someone is shoplifting the employees try to stop them,by physical force.I am all for stopping shop lifters,but is that legal.I thought in a place of buisness the only thing that they could do was call the cops.

I have been reading, thinking and wondering about this for years. I have read some VERY technical tomes ... few of them talk about how transference REALLY IS SOLVED! I mean let's assume that the therapist and the client have an excellent relationship. Forget whatever tradition. We go to therapy and we begin to experience that person alterantely as a Helper, a Counsellor, a Parent, and it goes on and on and cycles through it. I have internalized so much fo their good role modelling and all of the mutual positive regrd. But transactionally speaking, what ultimately happens? After a while you don't care anymore? You realize that they are "just" the therapist? It's as if it is not cool to even ask "What is SUPPOSED to happen?"

I have stored words in the form of hex values in a text file. From a program i m trying check to whethr the word exists or nt.

ex:

i hav the hex values of words "Hello" "you" "many" "how" etc

given a sentence "Hello how are you? how many days are there in a week? " I wnt to chk whtr these words exist in the file and if thy exist replace thm with the offsets . hex value of each character is stored with spaces between thm. for ex: IN is atored as 49 4e. I tried using strstr() function..but its nt workg with hex..for string it works perfectly
