Well you need to eat more if your skinny, trying eating more foods with higher calories and carbohydrates. Peanut butter, fruits, breads, pastas.

You want to do sit ups, but you want to do em' right, Like I tell everyone on here, doing 250+ a day doesn't do anything for you

You want to do 25-50 sit ups. But the whole key is to try to flex your abdmonial region while doing this, to target the upper, mid and lower abdominal regions. SO before you are about to do a sit-up you try to stay flexed the whole time make sure you exhale up and inhale on your way back down. Its hard at first, but if you're feeling the burn you're doing it right, if you can't do 25-50 at first dont worry try to work yourself up to it.
Note: You will also notice your stomach pushing out when you do this only because its the muscle pushing the fat out. It'll go away and you'll get a nice 6-pack in weeks.
I've had 6 pack since god knows how long. GOOD LUCK!

Technically you already have a six pack your body fat just covers it. So in reality all you need to do is lose bodyfat. Doing crunches and situps is not going to really help you lose body fat, I would rely moreso on your diet/cardio to do that.

i recommend HIIT (high intensity interval training) for cardio. It's much better than long endurance cardio. The difference is, long endurance cardio burns fat stores throughout the exercise, however, HIIT exercises burn glycogen stores. Because glycogen stores are emptied during the training your body spends quite some time filling them back up throughout the day, at which your body instead uses stored fat for energy. So basically burn fat for 45 minutes, or burn fat for a large portion of the day. Aside from that, HIIT runs boost your metabolism much more than long endurance.
