You can use bleeach or katori wax
Otherwise go to the parlour & use thread or wax.

I usually thread or wax my upper lip, its better than plucking in my opinion, if you are going to thread, put a bit of vaseline or baby oil on the hairs on the upper lip then thread so the pain is less, otherwise waxing is a good option

well if your a guy then shave of course
if your a girl then you will need to go to a parlour & either wax it or thread it , if your doing it for the first time then it would not be a good idea to do it by your self at home , but if you really want to do it at home & are not comfortable going out to do it the ladies come home to do all this & you can Bleach it

make an ubtan mixing up flour(atta) with milk and little bit of honey.Rub it on the upper lip area regularly
