About 5 months ago I was writing my husband a letter beacuse we were seperated. I was telling him how much I have always loved him and the kids and all of a sudden I got scared and thought that God was having me writ this because I was going to die. Every since then I keep getting this scary bad feeling that I am going to die and now I can't stop thinking about it. And every time I start to do something like go grocery shopping or clean the house I start thinking "I'm gonna die" and it bothers me so bad that I can't function from day to day. I was wandering if anyone else has had a similar experience? If so please share it with me . I need to know if this could be ocd or anciety or what?

I am 19 years old. I weight 106.4 and i'm 5' 6" i'm also a female. I would like to know if I should gain weight. I'm afraid to because all my friends say I should but they are all bigger. Are they just saying that so I will weigh the same as them or do they actually care? I'm not anorexic i just have a really good Metabolism. Let me know what you think.

My wife posts questions on here a lot since she found out about my affair last year. This bothers me because so many people on here seem not to support her decision to stay with me and work on our marriage. They tell her once a cheat, always a cheat. I can honestly tell you cheating is something I NEVER thought I would do, and I really cannot give you a good reason I did it last year, maybe because I wasso far awy from my family for so long and depressed from working so far away from home in depresing hurricane area, and my wife was depressed and we just seemed to argue on the phone all the time. As a former member of US Army, I am used to calling people by their last names, now I live in Britain, and people seem really offended by this, although they call each other really terrible names all the time and do not seem to take any offence. How doe you feel when addressed by your surname and why is it such a big deal over here?
