they were with me before i went to the bahamas.. and when i came back they were gone and suddenly he has the same ones..what should i do?

and i am not a racist..i really like blacks(they are better than us, whites, sometimes)..as a matter of fact, my step father and step siblings are all black..sorry for those who were offended

Why were these kittens doing outside while you were gone? Who was feeding them? You should have had someone taking care of them. Maybe he thought you didn't want them and took them in.
Sorry, but you don't sound responsible enough to even have pets.

What does the fact of him being black has to do with your problem, do you mean that maybe if he was withe you cats will still be there?
OK know that you make things clear, here is what would I do if I were you; I will respectfully ask him, if he by anychance saw your kittens, if he says no, well I dont think there is much that you can do. Sorry, I hope you find your kittens.

Maybe they were lookin after them in yr absense. Just knock on their door, be sure not to threaten and ask them civilially if they have yr kitties. If they deny that they were yrs...and i believe that they are because its odd to have two of the exact same cats you had, you can make a police report i think. You should have had chips inserted into their brains tho in case somethin like this happened

I think your neighbors were just looking after your kitties while u were gone just to be neighborly and nice. U can always ask for them back politly.
They may have thought to themselves u know we've been bad neighbors lets take care of so-so's kittens till he gets back then he'll know how friendly we really are.

Who was taking care of your kitties when you were gone? Didn't you get your kitties chipped or anything? If you only fed some half-wild strays and never even had them taken care of during your absence then you have nothing to complain about.

I don't know what you should do in situations for this, but stating he is black makes you sound like a racist. I'm not accusing you, just saying it sounds that way.

what does him having to be black have to do with the kittens??it could of been anyone don't accuse unless you have evidence.why don't you take your @ss next door,knock on it.say"did you take my kittens because their missing?"wait for a response or an @sswhipping

Christians are not door mats. if you can prove it , and if it makes financial sense take it to the law. But do it out of correction not hate or revenge. I know it is hard but we must love the sinner but are allowed to hate the sin. I know!! Good luck with that ,right?

the important question is not why does it matter if they are black, but what on earth where your kittens doing on therir own while you were on holiday?
pet kennels dont cost THAT much

confront him and take the kittens back. Do you have the paperwork showing you adopted them? Get the police involved
