You are referring to the feeling of déjà vu, which is a term that is being used by english-spoken people (like they use the French words croissant or fiancé).
Déjà vu means “already seen” in french and it is the illusion of having previously experienced something actually being encountered for the first time.
To answer to the rest of your question, it happens to me quite often but I would say not as often as you if you have it several times a day. I have a theory that sometimes you have some psychic dreams that you remember or not and then when you actually experience what you dreamt about, you get that feeling of déjà vu. Also maybe you live something then you extrapolate that experience in your dreams and then you live it. Let’s say you meet somebody you like. Then you dream about that person and do things in your dreams that you would like to do for real. Then you wake up and you may not even remember what you dreamt but you will have a good chance to actually live it because that is what you really want…
So maybe you have a lot of wishful thinking dreams and enough determination to make them real.
