What is Project Management Methodology ?
is it "how to conduct project management" or how to produce the product or service of the project and does project life cycle describe the stages of production/construction / building etc or the stages / phases of management applied to get the production/construction / building done ?

Have run all types of cleanwear programs over and over again, all the spy, anti spam, anti virus , utilities tools,defragmentation, 60% free disk space, Pentium 4, 2.5 GhZ, ram 248, Windows xp. Have tried everything possible plus everything everyone else has tried, no joy. I don`t seem to accept that a computer can decrease so rapidly just after putting it through the internet a few times with so much space available. Does this really justify buying an upgrade?

situation here! advise please as im not happy. i can go back to my ex-husband if i want or stay where im at if i want. here, i deal with mommy & son. son not so bad. however, mommy tells everyone what to do & this is not mommys home. however i will always lose a no win battle here as blood is thicker than h2o. & they have lived together long enough to know how to push each others buttons.im not falling for it & im agitated./ on the hand if i go back with ex i wont deal with this!! my son& his dad at times can say things that are rude. stupid ect,ect--i have to temporarily make a choice for awhile. im hoping if i go home his dad wont tolerate his behavior. my son has not done this before. i think he is on drugs?? which will not be tolerated if this is the case.its a situation i need advise of mello words if possible. ive been with the son & mommy and ive grown tired of the mom. dont get me wrong i love her but there is no way she will ever change as i have tried to talk 2 both.he luvsme

Our neighbors are making the property across the street from us a campground, although we are not crazy about it I don't think we have any choice. I was thinking that we could try to benefit from it financially if we could sell something that would be a benifit to the campers while at the same time trying to stay within the home business rules.

I've started helping my mom's long time friend who can't get around very well. She has A LOT of money and buys things constantly over the internet and HSN. I've spent over 100 hours at her home so far and her home is still not even close to being "clean". The problem is that she has boxed herself in and although she has been agreeing to let go of some of the items she possesses it isn't enough! She has a bedroom full of unopened boxes. She said she can't even remember what she's bought anymore. She weighs over 400 lbs. She has major back trouble even when she was thin. (Has had several surgeries and is most likely a big factor in why she is overweight). She has pins in her hips also. She's a warm, loving person. She's giving many of her items to local charities but still continues to buy. She doesn't watch much tv. She is bored and so she buys, buys, BUYS! And she has closed herself in. What type of hobbie can I get her involved in so she will stop buying? It's urgent.
