Our neighbors are making the property across the street from us a campground, although we are not crazy about it I don't think we have any choice. I was thinking that we could try to benefit from it financially if we could sell something that would be a benifit to the campers while at the same time trying to stay within the home business rules.

Try selling firewood. Or corn on the cob and vegetables in season, campers like to roast things on their fires. Oh, or marshmallows.

Why don't you ask the campers? I think you will probably be limited by the municipality for runnning a business from your home. The only thing I can think of is giving them access to a fax, phone, etc. or having garage sales with used cooking pots etc., furniture and things you think they would require.

Check with the city/county for zoning issues. If they can have a lodging establishment there then you might be able to open a store.

A fast food, short order, type of restaurant/grill that had a beer and liquor license would be potentially profitable. Hamburgers and beer make good money for alot of people.

just sell them the stuff that they can't get in the camp like maybe bug spray, or candy and soda maybe some camping equiptment or even some different activity books depending on the age of those at camp, just see if you can find out what the camp will offer them and sell them what they can't get

How about a small hot dog stand on wheels that you roll in and out of your garage.
