I believe that he is privy to any thing. How ever, during the first term of President Clinton, there was a few of his staff that could not get s sacurity clearance (mainly because they neglected to fill out the paper work). There was some things that they were not allowed to see. Now, if Bush had to fill out a security clearance, what woulf he put on the 'lost years' when he was supposed to be in the military, but was un accounted for.

I believe he has access to ALL information that
would pertain to the office of President, the Head
of the United States of America. He therefore would
know more than any other group or persons. Maybe
that is why they issue them Secret Service protection
for life after they've left office.

he is only privy to information regarding the security of the united states...nothing more nothing less....it's pretty much just on a need to know basis....and yes that is the only reason that secret service agents are assigned to presidents for the rest of their lives....the agents are protecting the information the president knows, not the president...

I just KNEW this question was really about UFOs. If there were secret UFO artifacts, they wouldn't tell the President. The President is nothing more than a figurehead.
