Perhaps. I think this woman, is trying to get me hooked.
The sexy librarian is back. And she can't let me go. I asked
her out. She said NO, she had a boyfriend. Now she cannot
stop looking at me. She is staring at me right now !! When
I walk in the door, she says hello. When I leave she says
bye. And her eyes have been on me ever since, I asked
her on a date. She even did the hair toss thing this morning,
when I was coming in behind her. Wow, she is beautiful
indeed. But she is not interested in me, or is she. What do
you think ladies ? What is she trying to tell me ? Perceptive
minds are welcomed !! Best answer wins !!

Ok you question have nothing to do with your story here. I wonder which question you need to be answered....hmmm not necessarily women or men are smarter then each other. Women smartness (if i can say so) is more smarter when it comes to accuracy, paying attention to small details, better with paperwork. Men are smarter when it comes to men stuff, like fixing stuff, technical and electronics's. I dont know if it makes sense to you but of course there is ALWAYS exception to everything. You can have one woman that can fix cars better then the rest of the males in the shop or you can always have this one guy who cooks better then any female out there, etc.
Now when it comes to you stupid librarian syndrome then all i can tell she is one confused woman. No disrespect you or her but i just dont get her. She enjoys attention and i guess she enjoys the fact that there is someone who cannot have her and it turns her on or something. Geez if she look at you a lot and do all these lil things like hi and bye and hair move then she is one confused stupid lady that dont know what she wants. Another one sending you hints like that would of jump on your stuff already. Maybe its part of her game to be hard to get or she is just playing games and the whole attention deficit. Thats the only thing that can be. Now on other hand maybe she broke up with her man. I say talk to her again. Men always think the same even if she says she have a man......i heared few of my guyfriends that got turned down by women like that and one thing they tell me after all that is 'hey they always say that', so there is a good possibility there is really no other men out there and she just want you to chase her a lil more and see how really badly you want her that her 'i got a man thing' dont really work on you as a turn off.

Pardon my lending an American answer , but that's quite a common female trick. It is one of the many filters they use in man selection. The " I have a man " is to check your tenacity. Were you to simply tuck tail and mutter, " Oh...alright then" she knows you aren't bold enough to defend the cave from the Sabertooths.A right answer there is "Hold on love, no need to get all personal yet! I just wanted to chat a bit. " There is a man who is good on his feet and can handle adversity! Well, it's kinda obvious [for a woman's point of view] that this sexy lady has a crush on you or something.

You see, when you ask as woman on a date, that simply tells a woman that you like her or you wanna hang out with her. But this lovely lady rejected your invitation 'coz apparently she's attached to another guy. Maybe she wants friendship for the meantime. Who knows, she might ask you out if she can't handle the pressure of seeing you often.

She could also be showing you some sort of gratitude by being extra nice to you when you come and go from the library. But I can perfectly sense that she likes you, she just can't go out with you 'coz she's attached.

Women have the most complex brain of any creature on the earth, they are not necessarily smarter, though like us blokes there are ones who use there brains effectively & others who aren't exactly the brightest pixies in the forest

Time, my dear fellow, time. Just be patient. Just be yourself and wait. Maybe she said she had someone just to give herself time to decide. Maybe it took her so much by surprise that she did not know what else to say. Maybe this is her first and normal response but now having second thoughts. I think you had best leave well alone as she has a boyfriend. I think most women like to have a guy appreciate them for their beauty and personality. It goes without saying that women generally are able to play the game of romancing better than us men. They are certainly smarter with better perception in a lot of areas-but not all.
