As they say, no easy way, but try to get some experience first (how old a you? Try a drama club). See why other people are good. You are unlikely to get into a really good drama school without some experience and help with the audition.
Read some plays, think who you would like to be.
Try writing a play. Watch TV dramas and write down why this or that person was good.
Go to the theatre, there is nothing as exciting as seeing even a reasonable actor working his magic in the flesh, as opposed to film or video.
Do anything to learn more about the craft. The you will know a lot more, but remember you will almost certainly need another job.

There is no easy way to make it as an actress. For every paying acting job available there are an average of twelve qualified applicants waiting in line. Most actors and actresses do something else to make a paycheck, such as waiting tables or working in a factory.
If you want to make it as an actress, talent is valuable, but the most important trait you need is persistence. If you want you be famous you have to knuckle down and stick with it even when it hurts. Because it will hurt before you arrive.
Go to drama school. Audition for community theatre, TV commercials, indie pickup jobs. Anything you can do to build your CV. Work, and work, and work some more. If you really want to act, you need to be as dedicated to acting as if it was the priesthood. That's the only way to make it in the performing arts.

I'm speculating, but do what you would do anyway (college, acting, ballet, reading everything by Shakespeare, etc.), and if you can't seem to find work, perhaps there would be places overseas where someone who sounds as you do would be very welcome and celebrated if not paid terribly well.
Then again, some Aussies and Kiwis (New Zealanders) sound quite American when they're needed to.
