I want to work out every morning but I want to make sure that I am doing excircises that work. I do not own equipment nor can i afford to go out and join a gym, So I need the old fashioned excirsices that I can do at home on my floor. I do however own a ball. It was a psychological exam for CSD.I talked to my ex 1st time in 8 yrs. Which he told me The Dr.& his brother were friends & the Dr. revealed personal things I had told him. The chances were 1 in almost a million since my ex & I lived in Arizona.I live in Oregon which is where I had my exam.Also of course the Dr & my ex's brother live in Oregon too. I'm sure the Dr never thought my ex & I would ever talk again. But to share real personal things to his friend also caused family problems.

I am a stay at home mom, so I do have to wash my hands a lot (changing diapers, doing dishes, etc..). What can I do, they hurt and sometimes bleed! My thumbs are the worst!
