No. I have to say I really don't understand the subtleties of my heart and mind......and especially not someone else's.

It's like a beautiful *yellow* rose. We can understand the subtleties of all it's physical properties, but understanding n knowing the facts about it doesn't give the rose it's divine-ness or add anything to it's mystery and beauty.

The rose's beautiful essence is something that can't be understood but very much can be sensed, felt, and experienced(like you stated on my question). Just looking at the rose is more than enough.

The heart and mind of me and of the other is a divine mystery.....a perfect divine mystery....it's something to explore(and to really love and respect that exploration), but maybe it can never really be understood......n I wouldn't want it any other way:)))

This is a good question more to the point is your heart the physical organ that you are talking about or the abstract feelings that are said to come from the heart? Is your mind the thoughts that you have or the physical organ the brain? I think that they are seperate things and one is abstract and one is concrete.

Abstraction means that there are reasons to not be able to ever fully understand some things in life, and concreteness means that there are physical ways to define exactly what you are talking about so therefor to fully and validly and reliably understand the workings of it.

One can easily be deceived by their heart, and a mind can "believe" something that is not truly knowledge. So I think understanding just a portion is work of God's grace--getting past ourselves, past the untruths the world may throw at us is not easily accomplished.
