I'm looking for positive responses. There are many questions that are so negative - Why does he do this? What do you wish he would do? - I'm looking for answers that will make me smile.
What does he do for you and the children that makes you say he's a good (or great) dad? What do/could you do to show that you appreciate him?

My big brother is homeless so I allowed him to stay with me for a couple of weeks until he can figure out what to do. I was really uncomfortable about it because he is a big lier and a thief but I did not want to see him in the streets, especially because it is so cold outside. I had a talk with him and told him how I felt about him stealing from me and putting my name in situations that had nothing to do with me in the past, and asked him not to do it again and he agreed not to, but I still kept a good eye on him. So far he has not stolen anything from me, but yesterday, he called me on my cell and told me that if his boyfriend ask me if I bought him some things to say yes and then the call dropped so I did not respond. When his boyfriend called me, I told him the truth because I felt disrespected by him using my name and I am not a lier. I tried to call him all evening to see if he was coming over for the night but he would not answer. At 11:00pm, I called and he answered, and I asked him if he had somewhere to stay for the night because I had to get up at 4:00am and I was tired. I told him that from now on, he needs to make it his business to let me know if he is coming so that I will not be waiting up for nothing, and after 9:30pm, I was no longer going to let him in because I don't want him in and out at all times during the night. He said that he was not coming but he will see me in the morning. At 1:22am, my phone kept ringing and woke me out of my sleep. After his 7th time calling, I decided to answer the phone to set him straight because I was upset. He instantly started cursing me out because he was fighting with his boyfriend at the time because of what I told him. He said that he trusted me and I betrayed him. Because my 2 kids were sleep and it was so late, I did not feel like raising my voice and disturbing my household so I just hung up. Do you think I was wrong for telling and what should I do about my brother?

I have been hearing that we might be going to war with IRAN, more death more distruction and more loss of Huge sum money which can be use for over own good, How any one can stop this president from being a Messiah of Death. I don't think he can be stopped and then we as a US Citizen end up loosing more innocent lifes and not to mention Trillion Dollars price tag, which can be utilize better here for millions of people in need.
I wish there was a way to STOP this President from attacking another Country. When is the runaway Locomotive going to stop, I hope it does before more innocent human lifes are lost (Human life is an human life no matter what is your country of origin).

Everything started out great. We started as friends through another friend. We talked for a few weeks 'till i went to a few dances with her. Keep in mind that we live 30 miles apart. We started going out and it was great. We talked alot and got to know each other very well. We went to movies together and to her church a few times. Then in the beginning of this year things started to change. We got into more arguments over little stuff and the connection started to loosen. I started to notice that i was changing in my attitude.I started to say stuff that i didn't mean and then one night she says she's going to break up with me. We talked and she sayed that we might have a chance. Then a few nights later she says she's going to break up with me again. I convinced her not to for now. What I am asking is what should I do to gain her trust back and put us back to where we were before all this started?

My boyfriend and I dated for 4 years in college, and we are about to graduate. He is going to get a 2 year master's and I will be going to medical school for 4 years. I wanted to get married in between these transition stages, AKA this fall-- but he has a bunch of guys that are getting men's housing together, kind of like a frat except not affiliated with anything. He thinks it would be fun and beneficial for him to live a year with these guys before getting married, and get closer to them and all...

I feel conflicted. Should I give him this year that he wants, and maybe more? Should I give him as long as he wants before getting married? Or do I have a say in when I want to get married? Please help.

what the deal is with this man i like. I think he likes me too but i'm not sure. We found we have a lot in common and this gave us something to talk about.He was always coming up talking to me.We'd talk heaps which gave us things too talk about all of the time. i noticed he was hardly looking away from me while we were talking.It was making me nervous. We laugh,joke,pull tricks on eachother and then sometimes i will see him looking at me. i noticed him when we were passing eachother twice and he was looking at me both times. I looked back and it would have been for about 3 seconds and he never looked away first. he smiles when we are talking and goes to push me or grab me or whatever and then tells me how good he is to me. But he is quieter around me now than what he used to be. we do still flirt though when we do talk and he treats me different to the other women.I mean with the flirting. He's quite a bit older though. Is it possible that he could like me?

In UAE, Saudi, Egypt, or Mauritius - what are the creepy crawlies like? I mean, are there big spiders, or snakes or cockroaches etc found in these places?
I would associate spiders and snakes with Australia - but would like to know what to expect in Africa or Middle East.

Ive always been self emplyoyed so I have always paid my own tax, now I have a normal everyday job I want to work out how much tax I have to pay. Say I earn £500 a wk, how would i work it out on a calculator how much tax i would pay, i dont even know what the tax rate is, behind the times im afraid..

The first time I heard of this I thought it was fluke, now that it's the third time I need your opinions/insights.

I know some moms stay at home, and other moms work outside the home. I understand that. Some moms even have home based businesses while other moms work full time at the office and then some, I get all that.

What about moms that put their kids in daycare 10-12 hours a day and DO NOT work? They're not running a home based business, not attending college classes, not caring for an ailing parent, etc.

All 3 of them refer to themselves as stay at home moms. Are they really "stay at home moms" when their infants and toddlers are at daycare 60 hours a week?
