When a magistrate makes a decision is it what has to happen or is there yet another step?? We saw magistrate in custody matter 2 weeks ago. They called this morning and said decision is beign mailed out today. But when I check the online docket this is what it says:
"REPORT OF MAGISTRATE AND RECOMMENDATIONS ON PETITIONER'S "
Is what he says only a recomendation or do the parties HAVE to do what it says?!?! I'm confused now. Please help, any personal experience, professional input, or even just thoughts?

ive have just started using second life (well once) today when i tried to sign in it's saying it needs to be updated. my firewall is asking if i will allow this aplication and as its coming up as dffaf15f ect and not as "secondlife" im unsure if i should allow it...what do you think? thanks in advance

should cartoon network be punished? the 'devices' were placed in 10 locations around the US for 2 - 3 weeks and law enforcement only found out because of people who happen to notice it!

not to put down our law enforcement agencies but how can this happen esp. on buildings and bridges? if they can do this, then it seems like idiot terrorists could do even more....

could it be because the temperature is too warm? they even get under things like the bridge and under leaves. the temp is at 70-72 if i remember correctly. or is it normal for them? are they just bored? I actually have three (all males) of them in there, they don't fight with each other anymore, i bought them about 2 months ago, the first week, they fought each other, now they stopped, they even stay at the bottom together. and they're starting to grow their fins back.

4 months ago, I got off birth control. I was on BC for 7 years. My husband and I have been ttc (trying to conceive) since then. I'm a little worried cause I have cysts on my ovaries. In both March '06 and June '06 I had them rupture and went to the ER. My periods have been normal since off BC, but I'm still worried I will have a tough time conceiving. I asked my doctor and he said it's hard to say, and only time will tell. What do you think...just looking for a little advice (and comfort).

I was in the carwash and I see this figure in front of me. It looked like some kind of bald security gaurd. He had dark patches around where his eyes were supposed to be and he had a speaker in his ear. Are my eyes playing tricks on me, or am I just dreaming?

Back in the old Wild West, there were two blonde cowpokes, Jeff and Dave. One day, the two were enjoying a strong sarsaparilla in the local saloon, when a man walked into the bar with an Indian's head under his arm.
The barman shakes his hand and says, "I hate Indians; last week the bastards burnt my barn to the ground, assaulted my wife and killed my children." He then says, "If any man brings me the head of an Indian, I'll give him one thousand dollars."
The two blondes looked at each other and walked out of the bar to go hunting for an Indian. They were walking around for a while when suddenly they saw one; Jeff threw a rock which hit the Indian right on the head.
The Indian fell off his horse, but landed seventy feet down a ravine. The two nuts made their way down the ravine where Dave pulled out a knife to claim their trophy.
Suddenly, Jeff said, "Dave, take a look at this." Dave replied, "Not now, I'm busy."
Jeff tugged him on the shoulder and says, "I really think you should look at this."
Dave said, "Look, you can see I'm busy. There's a thousand dollars in my hand."
But Jeff was adamant. "Please, Dave, take a look at this."
So Dave looked up and saw that standing at the top of the ravine were five thousand red Indians.
Dave just shook his head and said, "Oh . . . my . . . God . . .. we're going to be millionaires!"

She isn't actually even my mother in law(yet anyways). My bf and I are in a serious relationship and I am already having trouble with his mother. She is always telling me that I need to wear more make up or do this or do that, which tends to offend me. She also has talked crap about my family which really offends me. I really want to get along with her because she is my partners mother and I know that they are close, but I am going out of my mind with the stuff she says to me and about me. What should I do to come to a peace with her?

okay i have been on birth control for the past year. i know when you first start it you have symptoms but they are supposed to go away. well mine have not. I have tried several different types of birth control, the ring, the patch, and two different pills. none have helped. i am nauseus the whole time i am taking it except fot the placebo week. i am very irritable, and every month but one I got my period twice or even three times. my gyno is just as confused as me.

the issue is i feel i need to be on it because I am sexually active. myself and my boyfriend use a condom every time but accident do happen. and I know it only takes one accident. my son is living proof. i want to go off birth control but I am nervous about the obvious consequences. and there are many forms i cannot go on because I want to have more children someday and these could jepordize my fertility. should i risk it and feel normal again? or suffer? thanks all.

Ok heres the deal. I am 16 years old and I am supposed to be a junior in high school. But I dropped out when I was in the 10th grade. I really have my heart set on being a nurse but everywhere I read it always says you must have a high school diploma in order to go to nursing school. But I have a plan: Get my ged, take some pre nursing classes, become a cna, and then work my way up from there. So tell me, am I wasting my time or is there some hope for me? I am fully prepared to do whatever it takes to get to where I want to be.

I have to write an essay about whether I think it is or isn't accept to break the law under certain circumstances. I read an article about Martin Luther King and how he went to jail for standing up for his people. I agree, that at times it IS acceptable to break the law but I need a current or recent situation that backs up my opinion. I can't think of any recent situations that are similar to that. Can someone give me some ideas please?
