I bought an elliptical 2 weeks ago I need to lose about 75lbs and I want to do this the right way.Last week I was on for 20 miniutes a day for five days this week I started on 25 and intend to add a few miniutes on every day I am I guess keeping a pace of 65 and have the resistance on two and then I get it up to four is that ok? I don't want to add on musle I want to lose the weight. Please can someone help me out and let me know if I am doing ok? Also how long before you see the results typiclly?

I painted my wood floor and used pencil to mark the lines and then taped over the pencil. Now I pulled up the tape and you can see the pencil lines. I tried an eraser and it's too messy (and I would need way too many!) and I tried a scrubbie with water. Clorox bleach cleaner works well but I am afraid to use it as it might take the paint I just painted off and I still want to paint a sealer on top and I want it to stick. Any suggestions? or can I use the bleach cleaner without any problems?

It's true! I live in the Boston area. In the wealthy parts of Boston, you see an extremely high concentration of attractive people, and there are markedly more unattractive people in the poorer areas.
It's also true if you go out to the suburbs--the wealthy ones tend to hold more good-looking people, while the poorer ones tend to have more people who are obese, or have outdated hairdos, or bad teeth, etc.
But this theory also applies further--when I drive up to Maine, about 3 hours away... well, on the wealthier coast, people tend to be more attractive than the people of inland Maine, where it is rare to see an attractive person.
I'm sure this questioned will be condemned, but that's okay... I know that most of you will agree with me in private. It's so true. I mean, think about it! Take a drive to a wealthy town/city, take note at the concentration of attractive people, and then take a drive to a poor city or the impoverished countryside---you'll see, it IS true!

okay like my 2 older sis always change the way i wnat things 2 go! oka yi got instant messanger and my sis took it off some how! iall my friens thought i was dissing them. then i got my mom to let me go to disney land and stay in a hotel for 2 days. and my sis talked her out of it! this happens every day even if it is 4 little things! she is always bossing me around! i hate it but when i tell her she just blows me off. my 2 older sisters R very colse and i am ALWAYS the odd man out. i love them but i sooooo hate what they r doing 2 my life. help?

I need to know if i can use this hermit crab heater for my lizard either a leopard gecko or my bearded dragon well to be lizard but i already bought one a long time ago from when i ad hermit crabs and im wonderiong if i can use it with my lizard. i will also have another heat source. im just saying for belly warmth besides basking spot. I have a old VZictorian house that now has seveal office on the first 2 floors, I have been told that the 3rd floor apartments would not make good office space because of being on the 3rd floor with no elevator, which is cost prohibitive. Do you agree ? If so, what should I put up there, I don't want anymore people living in the apartments up there.

My girl has said some nasty things about my people in the past.

Like one time she came home after being cut off in traffic by this black women and she says to me " I hate black people"

Another example she just told me that she thinks joe Bidens comments could have been taken as a joke and that those comments are something that she would say to her friends as a joke. Not funny to me and I am concerned. Please weigh in....
