A man who was taking his terminally ill wife into a treatment center? He pulled up in front of the center to take her in through the front door. The meter maid immediately pulled in behind him and told him he had to mave his car. The man tried to explain the situation but the meter maid started to chastise him. Can they surgically implant common sense into people ? If they can do this, I`d say he should be forced to undergo this operation or lose his job.

Again, just proves that this legal system is a joke! Broad was probably just looking for a reason to give a ticket to someone
who she didn't like! He probably made her mad when he took the spot she was going after.

if he had gone to the emergency entrance, hiswife would have gotten quicker treatment.
