In Pittsburgh public highschools. Which trade should I go into? I enjoy both carpentry and electrician work, but which one to choose?

Check out the site that I link below. It will give you an excellent idea of what's involved in the electrical trade.
Good luck.

Both are good choices, but you need to find out if you have any ability in either of those areas. Is there any way you could possibly try both? That's the best way to see if you could do well in either of those career choices. Just as a warning-becoming an electrician requires a good deal of knowledge about circuits, volts, amps, watts, etc. Also, carpentry requires good math skills.

Good luck! You're lucky your school still offers trade programs-most of the schools out here in the Chicago area have dropped them due to lack of funds.

I got into HVAC, good money and it deals with electrical a bit too. Carpentry sounds like fun, but i'm not sure how much they make.
