I wish to apply for dinersclub creditcard in US.But dont know still citibank still issues one?

not a charge card.only creditcard with mastercard logo.

Citibank is the US franchisee for Diners Club. Consider yourself fortunate that the DC card also has the MasterCard logo. So you can use the card at places that accept MC (lots of places) as well as DC (not so many).
