Taking my son to the Bud Shootout next week and have general admission seats. We also have FANZONE access so we will be spending alot of time in the infield. Does anyone know if it is possible to save seats with a blanket or cushions in the general admission seating grandstands so we don't end up having to worry about our vantage point for the race?

i 've heard people. particularily white people bashing blacks or others who use slang words. they say that it is ignorant and that it sounds stupid. i think that its a free country and if you are with your friends then you can talk however you choose and that it is in no way ignorant. its part of culture and if you don't like it, don't speak it. but don't knock others because they do. it does not mean that they are ignorant or uneducated and it should not be perceives that way. what do you think about using slang??would you be upset if your on, or daughter or someone used it? (not cursing words). how would you feel?

my daughter was just sick not even two weeks ago, and last night threw up in the middle of the night. i thought that once you had the sickness, you would be immune for a few months at least. she complained of her tooth hurting but then her stomach did too and she got sick. any suggestions?? she is almost 9 years old

I have a 1995 Buick Skylark and just today I noticed the voltmeter fluctuating above and below 13 volts. The fan was on and I could hear the fan motor speeding up and slowing down.

I recently had it checked for vacuum leaks and the electrical system checked out OK too. The alternator is 3 1/2 years old now. The car has 104,000 miles on it. Thanks.

i don't know what else to do me and my mom have been without oil heat for close to 4 years and we are on a fix income and we have tried every resource possible but keep getting denied we live in nj can anyone help us ? and the worse part is we have no hot water because the pipe busted:(

Anyone going or has gone to the Isle of Man TT races.

I have booked to go to the Isle of man in may/June for the TT
my husband loves bike races and i'm going to The Peel festival as Madness are playing .
Where are the races held is it all over island and where is good spot to go only info i can find is dates of races not where to go .
Any help welcomed

Will a major finance company like GMAC still finance if I have a big enough down payment, or will I have to go through a smaller company at a higher interest rate? I plan on puttine at least 30% of price of vehicle down.

Also, would a higher down payment help in the lease of a new vehicle if I can't get financed for buying new vehicle?

I keep most vegetables in the fridge, except potatoes, onion, garlic, apples and lemons. I throw out all left over food at the end of the week because I'm scared it might already have mould on it that I can't see.

How long and under what conditions should I keep food so that it remains mould-free? I don't eat bread at all and only a little cheese (I know I shouldn't).

ok. I am applying to UC's and I have my fall 2006 grades. UC Davis wants the update by today. If I send my update with just my fall grades, can i return to update my winter grades so that the other campuses get them by their Feb 15 deadline. Please only people who have actually done this. I tried to call the UC home admissions but I couldn't find their number on the systemwide website. Also, the email update said I could return after my initial submission to update more classes but I just want to make sure. Does anyone also have the UC system number I can call (toll-free).
