i don't know what else to do me and my mom have been without oil heat for close to 4 years and we are on a fix income and we have tried every resource possible but keep getting denied we live in nj can anyone help us ? and the worse part is we have no hot water because the pipe busted:(

The other two answers are a bit insensitive. Perhaps you used the computer at school or the library. We can't help you. Perhaps your city or county welfare department can help. Or maybe the Salvation Army. Good luck.

Just a suggestion. Don't take this the wrong way but, I would turn off the Internet and use the money to fix the pipe.
