i jus came off of it, and i lost 17.5lbs. i dont intend on goin back to my old ways of eatin but rather to cut back on all the junk and fill up on veggies and lean protien. i'm actually now doin the sbd, but i much rather think of it not in terms of a diet but of a lifestyle change. there's a link below that might help you with some of your questions. as for my own experinces....

1. there's a easy recipe in the link
2. the drink itself won't make you go to the bathroom, its the laxative you take the night before that does.
3. if you're plannin to detox why mess up the fastin by eatin? that's the whole purpose of this. if you feel you can't do it then don't.
4. i got a thick white coverin on my tongue daily. i'm not sure what it was from but other than that i was ok.
5. resreach the in's and out's of this detox. then make sure you're actually ready to change your eatin habits, if not then you'll put all the weight back on and all your hard work will have been in vein.

good luck~!

Lemon juice:

Mix a whole lemon and a tsp honey in warm water and drink it every morning around 4-5am.

Every 2 days or only during the weekends or from friday - sunday or every alternate days do this during the day:
Add just 1/2 a lemon+1tsp honey to water and drink it every 1.5-2 hrs. But if you find this too concentrated add more water. When it is too concentrated it upsets your stomach since its too acid. And will make you hungry. Snack on salads and fruits in between if you feel hungry as long as they are not hign on citric acid, such as oranges. i think water melons are great. if not you could just fill your tummy with water.

you will end up going to the ladies often. yes it can be used as an alternative for a meal but not too often since your body ends up being under-nutritioned. i did not experience any side-effects nor have i read of any.

One of my best girlfriends and our hairdresser swears by it, but my boyfriend and I got violently ill when we tried it.

I think she drinks like 32 oz a day, between meals. She does not use it as a meal substitute. They have not experienced any side effects from it, but as I said it made my boyfriend and I very sick. You might not experience the same thing we did, or it may be entirely different.

I'll get the recipe she uses over lunch and post it up, Beackus, maybe Mozy can post the one she wants to try too.

She uses the same recipe. She also mentioned that it makes her stomach hurt so she stopped drinking it in favor for something else. It looks similar but is made differently.

The only thing that's really going on is the cayenne is stimulating your immune system. I have alot of trouble beliving any of the claims made by any "detox diet". Absolute fasting is the only way to truely "detox". I strongly discourage taking a laxative as a dietary aid. Use a product high in fibre instead, such as metamucil.

Sry I actually have a question too? Do you just mix maple syrup, lemon juice and cayenne pepper together to make this stuff? And how much of each ingredient?

the only thing that you need to know is that you will probably lose a lot more muscle than fat on that diet.
