from a previous question most christian approved that holyspirit already existed during Jesus, so if holyspirit already existed during Jesus time, then who is the another comforter?

Jesus here is talking about someone different than the holyspirit. Jesus here is talking about someone new different than the holyspirit, someone that the world still don't know him yet:

look carefuly at this verse, the words of Jesus:
John 16:7
Nevertheless I tell you the truth; It is expedient for you that I go away: for if I go not away, the Comforter will not come unto you; but if I depart, I will send him unto you.

a comforter = someone who will come after Jesus to testify of him, and teach people about the law of God.

Ok so after 2 months I now get a response from my broker saying that the legal counsel for the issuer of stock will not write an opinion letter to remove the restriction because according to them the issue has not been public long enough for them to have enough history of performance and reporting to form an opinion. I don't know what the normal way of things are, but this seems to me like a lame excuse and irrelevant to the rules. I've upheld my end of the bargain by waiting 12+ months before doing this, and I think they should uphold their end as well, and not try to find ways to impede it. My question is...what can I do? If I go and get my own lawyer, will this solve the problem and they can't stand in the way? Or am just screwed? I believe they ultimately have the last word on this unfortunately, but I am not sure. I know that my broker or transfer agent can't do anything without this letter of opinion. Someone please help!!!!!!!! Thanks.

another question I read here about mixed signals inspired this:

first scenario: you're in a public place, could be working in a retail shop, restaurant or walking the mall/street whatever you see a guy you're interested in, what are you doing to get his attention, is there signs or hints a guy should be watching for? Are you in most cases just noticing and moving on? How does a guy tell the difference between flirtation being genuine in say a retail environment versus it being customer service... I ask cause I know my friends like to think every bar waitress is hitting on them.

scenario 2: you're at an event of some sort, casual or otherwise and you're talking to people and its more social then it is random like in the above situation. You like someone you're talking to, what gives away your interest in this situation, and is it different than in the above situation?

Seems us guys dont catch on to womens subtleties so it'd be nice if you girls could shed the light a bit

My classmate in college Drinks and smokes pot..and is usually high and drunk during class..

but HE is the top 3 % in the whole junior class..he is unbelievely smart..I asked him to help me to do the hardest math problems and he can solve it at the TOP of his head..but yet..asides from school..all he does is..PARTY and gets messed up..but still gets straight A's and manages to be top 3 %

I don't party ..do drugs..drink..all i do is study..and try to do my best..but My best NEVER beats this guy..he will still always get the highest score on quizes

how can he be soo smart and still drink and smoke pot?
